01 / LEADERSHIP ALIGNMENT WORKSHOP
AI risk and opportunity questionnaire
Explore where your firm stands today and how its position could change within 18 months. Rate each question from 0 to 10 using the guidance alongside it, then compare the two profiles.
This is a simplified workshop adaptation of the AI impact assessment guide, Version 2 (October 2026). The guide uses evidence-based diagnostic anchors and financial scenarios; these 0–10 ratings are discussion prompts, not a validated diligence score or financial forecast. The graph keeps each question separate rather than netting risks against opportunities.
Rate your firm
Use whole numbers. Now describes current evidence; Within 18 months describes your expected position, not your ambition. Leave a rating blank if you do not know. Zero is a real answer, not a substitute for missing evidence.
Higher scores mean more exposure for E1–E5, stronger defence for R1–R5, greater opportunity for V1–V2 and greater cost burden for V3. O1 runs from adverse (0) through neutral (5) to favourable (10). Consider one consistent firm or business-unit scope throughout.
Your AI risk and opportunity profile
Each pair of bars compares Now (blue) with Within 18 months (teal). Read exposure, opportunities and resilience together: a stronger defence does not automatically cancel a risk. O1 is an observed-effect rating; V1–V2 are opportunity ratings. They are not added together.
Use the profile to identify changes worth investigating and evidence still needed. Financial magnitude, likelihood and confidence require separate assessment. A high rating is not a probability or percentage change in profit.
