This notice explains what happens when you send an enquiry through Oblongix’s website.

What we collect and why

We collect the name, email address, selected topic and message you provide. The analytics form also includes any optional context you choose to send. We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond and discuss a possible engagement.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are stored using Google Cloud Firestore and displayed in a restricted Oblongix administrator inbox. They are not published on the website. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent automated abuse.

What to send

A non-confidential outline is enough. Do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential datasets. We can agree appropriate information-sharing arrangements before reviewing such material.

This notice covers website enquiries. Product-specific data handling and access arrangements should be confirmed before you upload business information to a software workspace.
